The logbook your bike deserves

Stop guessing, start
logging

every part tracked

Bike Logger works out how far every part on your bike has run, straight from your odometer. Set a wear limit once and get a warning before a chain, a cassette or a set of pads gives up on you.

Bike maintenance, servicing and repairs in one log

01

Kilometres that count themselves

Enter your bike's odometer and Bike Logger works out how far every fitted part has run. You never type a number per part.

02

A log you will actually keep

Date, odometer reading, notes, photos and documents. Record what you swapped, what came off and what went into the spares box.

03

A warning before it fails

Set a wear limit in kilometers once. At 80 percent of that limit the part shows up in your alerts, and in your inbox if you want it there.

How the wear tracking works

Your odometer does the
counting

Bike Logger stores the odometer reading at the moment a part goes on and the moment it comes off. The distance in between is that part's mileage. Move a wheelset to another bike and its history moves with it.

  • your own wear limit per part, in kilometers
  • alerts from 80 percent of that limit
  • reminder emails, weekly or monthly

Every fix on record

Two bikes, two histories, one log

nothing forgotten

Log a service with the date, the odometer reading, your notes and photos, and tick off the jobs you had planned. Everything lands on one timeline per bike and a second one per component, so a part you have swapped between bikes still reads as one story.

How it works

1

Add your bike

Type, brand, a photo, and the kilometers already on the clock.

2

Build it from the catalogue

Pick your parts from eight component groups and more than forty part types. Track from day one, or from the date you fitted them.

3

Log the work as you go

A new chain, a brake bleed, a set of bearings. Add the odometer reading and the parts sort themselves out.

4

Get warned in time

Update your kilometers by hand or let Strava do it, and Bike Logger tells you what needs attention soon.

Works with Strava

Connect Strava once. Never type a distance again

Link your Strava account and Bike Logger reads the bikes in your Strava gear, with the distance Strava holds for each one. Match a Strava bike to a bike here, and one click brings the odometer up to date. Every part on it recalculates.

connect Strava

Strava is optional. Type your kilometers in yourself and everything else works exactly the same.

The kilometers still
count

Race, gravel, mountainbike, cyclocross, road, or something else entirely. Every bike in your garage gets its own parts, its own limits and its own history.

Frequently asked questions

No. Bike Logger works from your bike's odometer, not from single rides. Update that number when it suits you, or connect Strava and let it update itself.

You decide. Set a limit in kilometers per part, say 4000 for a chain. Bike Logger tracks the distance since you fitted it and flags the part once it passes 80 percent of your limit.

No. Strava only saves you from typing your kilometers in. The connection runs one way, it reads your bikes and their distance and writes nothing back.

Yes. While setting it up, choose to track a part from the day you fitted it instead of from new. The kilometers before that date stay out of the count.

In your account, attached to a bike if you like. PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF and ODT, up to 10 MB per file and 150 MB in total.

You choose €4 a month or €40 a year. Until you do, your logbook stays locked.
